Miller Fallon Dennehy (MFD) is a real estate investment and consulting firm that provides clients with practical solutions to complex problems at the project, portfolio, or institutional level. 

Our Senior Principals have over 100 years of combined experience across a broad spectrum of activities and organizational structures.  We have worked on all types of projects at all stages of development. Depending on the needs of our clients, our work can be analytical or “hands on” and we are equally effective in the office, in the field, or in a boardroom.

Our Senior Principals have extensive backgrounds in corporate, investment and developmental management as well as in banking and private equity in both domestic and international transactions. The breadth and scope of our combined experiences provide us with a unique ability to identify the key problems or opportunities facing our clients as well as the ability to design and implement strategies to address problems and capitalize on opportunities.

This experience also enables us to be able to “hit the ground running” and deliver prompt  results. Our principals will dedicate the time necessary to work on-site with clients in identifying issues and assisting in the design and implementation of strategic solutions.
