Ernest M. (Bud) Miller, Jr. is a founding principal of MFD and has over 40 years of experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and finance. He has been a senior officer with companies such as Sperry & Hutchinson, Penn Central, and Arvida Company (where he was CEO). Prior to co-founding MFD, Mr. Miller was the dean of the Business School at Clayton State University where he helped create one of the top business programs in the southeast. Mr. Miller received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tufts University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Miller has served on the boards of several private companies as well as a number of not-for-profits including foundations, schools and museums.
Michael C.J. Fallon is a founding principal of MFD and has over 40 years of real estate experience. Prior to the formation of MFD, Mike Fallon was President of both The Southwood Corporation and United Properties Group, real estate development subsidiaries of publicly traded holding companies, with diverse portfolios throughout the eastern U.S. Mr. Fallon was previously a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., where he founded and headed the firm’s National Corporate Consulting Division. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Fallon was Vice President of Howard P. Hoffman Associates, the real estate advisory subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb. He was previously a Vice President at ICM Realty; a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust. He began his career with official positions in the real estate divisions of both Chemical and Chase Manhattan Banks. Mr. Fallon is a graduate of Siena College and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. His professional affiliations have included memberships in the Urban Land Institute, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Fallon served as a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of the New York State Employees Retirement System (NYSERS) Pension Fund and also serves on a number of charitable and philanthropic Boards.
Neil P. Dennehy is a founding principal of MFD and has over 35 years of real estate experience Prior to the formation of MFD, Neil founded a real estate advisory firm doing consulting work for clients on the east coast. He worked with a variety of firms including religious orders, schools, healthcare initiations and private firms to focus on their real estate issues and requirements. Mr. Dennehy was a Principal in Real Estate at Investcorp and prior to that was associated with Continental Bank, Cushman & Wakefield and Mutual of New York. Mr. Dennehy holds a Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College and an MBA from Indiana University. He has guest lectured at the NYU Graduate School of Real Estate and has been on the Board of several charitable organizations.
